If you could switch jobs with someone in Joyner Homes, who would it be? Why?
No one! Being able to build homes from the ground up is totally awesome!

What 3 words would you use to describe Joyner Homes?
Freedom, Unique, Quality

What do you do when you’re not at work?
At one of the kid’s events or trying to complete the latest home project.

What random facts can you share with us?
As a child, I lived in the Cayman Islands and would spearfish everyday if I had the opportunity.

Are you messy or organized?
Organized

What’s your favorite outside activity?
Baseball and working in the yard

If you could change something about today’s youth, what would it be? Alternately, what excites you about today’s young generation?
Much of today’s youth haven’t learned how to be bored and how to be creative in order to combat boredom. On the other hand, today’s youth has a very strong ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while technology fights for their attention.

What would you tell your 13-year old self?
Work harder to develop the skills that you enjoy. You’re grades aren’t as important as you may think.

How do you define success?
When people come to you for the answers …. and you have the correct ones.
