Today I want to introduce you to one of our Project Managers, Tyson Chastain. You’ll find Tyson out on the job sites, making sure everyone is doing what they’re supposed to be doing.

What do you do at JH?
Project Management

If you could switch jobs with someone in Joyner Homes, who would it be? Why?
Hmm. I kind of like my job.

What 3 words would you use to describe Joyner Homes?
Exciting, Integrity, Family

What do you do when you’re not at work?
Hang with my kids, ages 2, 4 and 6, ( I coach my 6 year old’s baseball team.)  Also I hunt, fish, play golf and stand behind the grill as much as possible

What random facts can you share with us?

Im not ambidextrous but I do roughly 50% of things left  handed and 50% right handed.

Are you messy or organized?
I am an organized mess.

What’s your favorite outside activity?
Probably sitting in the woods with my Dad hunting.

If you could change something about today’s youth, what would it be? Alternately, what excites you about today’s young generation?
Probably be less reliant on all of the “screens”.  They will be coming up quickly learning new technologies and having access to technologies that could impact the world.

What would you tell your 13-year old self?
Take school a little more seriously.

How do you define success?
Raising a family that knows they are loved and enjoying life together.
