"I LOVE the look and style of Joyner Homes! They caught my eye right from the beginning. I had been driving through Joyner Homes neighborhoods for about a year when something told me to stop in at the model home in Williams Run on Sunday, September 10, 2023. I loved all of it—the design, the spacious interior, the floor plan, the staging of everything. I even asked if I built a home, could it be furnished just like this?!

The main attraction to Williams Run was the fact that I do not have to mow or remove snow at my age. I had looked in other Joyner Homes neighborhoods, but I would have had to do the outside upkeep, and my children talked me out of that. I also love the location of Williams Run. It puts me one mile away from my special-needs son and one mile away from my aging parents. I have enjoyed seeing and talking to the neighbors I have met thus far.

Then, to top it all off, I loved working with everyone on the Joyner Homes team. My friends and family kept asking me if I was doing a walk-through weekly. Heavens no... I knew everything would work itself out in the end. And it did. I love my home. I officially moved in on July 15th, 2024 and have not had any issues.
