The Dakota Floorplan – Part 3

I was supposed to post this on Friday! My apologies … photographed homes and then had to pick up a sick kid at school. ‘Tis the season.

I have posted two other versions of our popular floorplan, The Dakota – HERE and HERE. Today, I’m showing you yet another version of this floorplan that is completely different, based on this family’s needs and style.

The standard Dakota Floorplan is 1808 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Compare the two. What finishes would you have to have if you were building your own home? Check out another version on the blog.
