The Dakota Floorplan

In case you didn’t know, we offer a CUSTOMIZABLE floorplan that will fit anyone’s needs.  We have many different floorplans with varying square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc …. So, that’s where you start – you figure out what size of home you need. From there, you can completely tailor the home to your liking. You choose everything from the exterior colors, flooring (hardwood, tile, carpet, etc) cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and so on …. it’s all in your hands, and our Design Specialist, Emily, will walk you through that entire process. I’m always surprised how one floorplan can look so different from home to home, based on the finishes each family picks out!

I’m going to post three different versions of the same house this week, so stay tuned! So here is Part One in this series … The Dakota. The standard Dakota Floorplan is 1808 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
