We really enjoyed finishing up this home! Most of the homes we’ve built in the past have had a very craftsman feel. The Boilermaker has a much more traditional vibe but with a definite modern twist. Check it out!

When touring a house under construction, it’s always best to start at the front door to get the best feel for the layout. We’ll do the same here. This is one of the more grand foyers we have built. What a great first impression! Tons of pictures of this space!

This is another open floor plan which still seems to top the list of requested features in design. Just to the left of the staircase is an office and then just beyond the staircase is the Great Room.

You’ve probably noticed the pass-through balcony above the Foyer and Great Room. This is a great way to separate two bedrooms. Plus, it looks cool. Here’s a view from the second story.

Have you noticed the light fixtures yet? Check out the double Dining Room chandeliers!

The Dining Room is tucked off by the kitchen. Don’t you just love all of that natural light!

Speaking of kitchens, all of this character and we haven’t even visited the most important room yet!

Another favorite in this home is found in the Guest Bath. A rounded alcove, vessel sink and sconce lighting takes this vanity to a new level!

Even the Laundry Room has character!

Our last look inside is of the Master Bath. Love the corner tub and walk in shower!
