WHERE DO YOU BUILD?

Joyner Homes is based in Greenfield, Indiana (Hancock County), with our home office located in Historic Downtown Greenfield. We proudly build in our own communities in Greenfield, New Palestine, Anderson, Upland, and Rushville, as well as on private land and approved homesites within our build radius.

Our typical build radius is approximately 45–60 minutes from our Greenfield office, giving homeowners flexibility while still allowing us to provide the hands-on experience we’re known for.

ARE BASEMENTS AN OPTION?

Yes! Basements are available on every floor plan we offer. Whether you’re envisioning extra storage, a future entertainment space, or room to grow, we’re happy to help you explore basement options that fit your lifestyle and your homesite.

WHAT CUSTOMIZATIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

In short—a lot! The customization possibilities are virtually endless. From flooring, cabinetry, paint colors, windows, and finishes to more structural changes like adding rooms or expanding spaces, your home is designed around you.
