Want to build on your own lot? We can do that!

We are based in Hancock County, Indiana with our home office located in Historic Downtown Greenfield. We build many of our homes here in Hancock County, but we can build in most subdivisions or on your own plot of land.

And guess what!? We can travel to you ….. We’ll normally travel 45 minutes from Greenfield, but reach out if you would like to see if we can build in your area.

Some areas we currently serve are Henry County, Shelby County, Hamilton County, and Rush County. You’ll find some of our homes in Fortville, New Palestine, Pendleton, and Franklin Township.

We have 23 floor plans that can go on most lots, and you get to customize every single detail. So, the next time you’re driving through Hancock County and see our signature homes with signage marking it as a Joyner Home, and you sigh – wishing you could build with us, but you don’t live here – just know that we can likely come to you!
