We recently finished up another home for another lovely family! The Madison is one of the newer homes in our floor plan collection. It is a single-story home with just under 2000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, baths, and an optional 3 car garage. Plus, there’s a great office/study and nice sized laundry room and mudroom. Join us on a little virtual tour!

We’ll start as usual with the exterior rendering and floor plan.

A very “Character Rich” entry!

Garage Shut…

Garage open! (This seems like a great time to mention that we finish – drywall AND paint – the garages in all of our homes!)

Now, let’s move inside… this is looking back toward the front door (with the office to the right) upon entry.

Straight across from the entry is a bank of windows and the optional fireplace. Lots of natural light!

You can see the dining area off to the left in this photo.

Off the Great Room is the kitchen and, as mentioned, the dining area.

Off to the right is the dining area with a slider to the back patio.

Loving the richness of the dark cabinets paired with the creamy backsplash, counter, and floor!

The wood accents really bring the whole look together!

In the last picture, you can see the mudroom off to the left. Back there, you’ll find some cubbies and the laundry room is back there too!

Moving over to the other side of the house to the Master Bedroom. A vaulted ceiling and an arched transom definitely add character and also make the room feel open and bright!

The Master Bathroom has a double sink and this home has a beautiful tiled shower.

The two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and office were a little tough to capture, but they certainly add to the size and space of this home. It’s a great layout and that’s why we’ve made it one in our permanent collection!
