Quite a few people have asked about the floor plan we are currently building. This plan is a Joyner Homes Exclusive Plan named The “Timber Escape.” Combining elements of a Timber Framed home with the classic architecture of a Craftsman home, this plan is functional, yet interesting. With 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3-car garage and incredibly open spaces, the total living space comes in around 2,890 square feet. A pretty easy way to downsize this plan would be to eliminate the third car garage and guest suite on the first floor and move the upstairs bedrooms into the space above the garage.
