The Milner is one of our two-story homes complete with an office, 3 bedrooms, and a large Master Suite featuring a tray ceiling and a HUGE walk-in closet. The kitchen is open to the dining area and great room and has a central island – perfect as a breakfast bar or for entertaining guests! The opportunity to add a screened porch and a 3rd car garage are just a few of the ways to customize this home.

Isn’t it amazing how two homes with the same floor plan can turn out to look so different!? Each homeowner has likes and dislikes and none of our homes are ever the same! It’s our favorite part of building homes for so many different people.
