When one of our customers heard about the Hoosier Hideaway, she was quick to name her floor plan after her favorite Indiana school. And, that’s how The Boilermaker came to be.

A quick run through of some foundation and framing photos to get us started!

We start with a hole and some foundation walls.

A little more concrete pouring…

…and then we have basement walls!

Time for the framers to get started on the interior basement walls!

And then the exciting part as we move to the main and second stories!

This will be an amazing front door – so unique!

And, just inside of that front door will be a very cool stairway.

Finally, the outside begins to take shape!
