The Linder is definitely a highly admired home in Hancock County. This home has bold, character rich features and big windows that let in a lot of natural light. We had a great time building this home!

The light brick, wood and blue exterior really go well together

As you walk in the front doors, the first thing you notice are the amazing windows and tall ceilings.

And check out those front doors! We love the vintage feel and big windows in them. They add lots of character to this home’s entry area.

As you walk through the front doors, you are now in the great room with the dining area and kitchen to your right. This open floor plan creates a great space for entertaining.

As you walk further into the great room you’ll begin to see the kitchen.

Here is a view of the great room from the dining area. The gold accents on the island pendants really create a simple but classy look.

The kitchen is not only the heart of the home, but also a great conversation piece! The bold color of the lower cabinets really pop against the crisp white of the subway tile back splash and the white upper cabinets. The stainless steel appliances and dark counter tops really complete the look!

The storage space in this kitchen is awesome!

The views from this space are amazing. The natural light lends to the bright and airy feel of this home.

The powder room is just off of the kitchen and you’ll notice that the gold tones are carried through to this elegant bath room.

Opposite of the powder room is the mud and laundry rooms. The cubbies are a great way to add storage space that is also eye appealing.

The folding counter and utility sink add a lot of convenience to the laundry room.

Next, we will move into the master bath.

The simple floor tile paired with the intricate pattern of the wall tile creates beautiful and relaxing walk in shower.

The shelving and  double hanging rods in the walk in closet increases the storage potential of the space tremendously.

Did you notice the flooring in the master bedroom is laid at an angle? This is a great way to add visual interest to a room that will also withstand the test of time and trends.

Now, we will make our way to the guest bedrooms and bathroom.

We love the dark cabinets against the light counter top and the square sinks are another design touch that really adds character to a bathroom.

This would be a great space for an office or a kids play area.

Can you imagine entertaining in this outdoor space?

The wood ceiling and walls area beautiful additions to this space. They really help to tie the wood accents on the front of the home to the back of the house.
