Can JH build on my lot?
We will do a Site Cost Estimate if we need to determine buildability on a home site. As for neighborhoods that aren't a JH neighborhood, we can likely build as long as you can bring your own builder. Give us a call if you have questions!
Can you help me find land to build on?
Our sales team stays up-to-date on available land around the area. You may also want to join our LAND ALERT list where we send an email each week with land that is available in the area! Click the button below to join!
How long will it take to finish the home?
From start to finish, plan to expect 6-8 months in construction for your Joyner Homes build.
How will I stay up-to-date during the build?
We highly value communication. During the design and construction of your new home, our project managers will stay connected with you via phone calls, texts, and emails. Additionally, we utilize a program called Builder Trend, which enables you to communicate with your Project Manager or anyone else who might be beneficial during your build. This app will be regularly updated with photos and your progress throughout the process!
What if I still have a home to sell?
There are options! We have Preferred Lenders that you can speak with and decide on the best option for you.
Where do you build?
We are based in Hancock County, Indiana with our home office located in Historic Downtown Greenfield. We have our own communities in Greenfield, New Pal, Anderson, and Rushville.

What is your cost per square foot?
We don't calculate cost per square foot, as each of our homes is unique.
The price of constructing your dream home is influenced by a multitude of elements, such as the location of your property, chosen floor plans, architectural styles, interior and exterior finishes, the driveway, landscape design, and necessary utilities like a well or septic system. Our floor plans offer a variety of pricing options to suit your budget, and we're more than happy to work with you to create a custom plan.

What customizations are available?
The possibilities are virtually endless! You customize everything from flooring to cabinets to paint color to windows. Aside from that, you can add an extra room or bump out a wall to create more space. We have an Architectural Specialist on site that will help you get exactly what you're looking for!
Are basements an option?
Yes, basements are an option on every floor plan that we offer.
How big are your floor plans?
We have floor plan ranging from 1472 SF all the way up to 3259 SF. Need extra room? We can customize any of our floor plans to work for you!
Can I bring my own floor plan?
We can do that! We have an on-site architecture team that has the ability to build a Design Build home that is unique to you!
What if I want to start from scratch?
Of course! If customizing one of our floor plans doesn't work for you, we can start from ground zero. We have an on-site architecture team that has the ability to build a Design Build home that is unique to you!
