Level Two Activities
- Try a new class at a local gym
- NO fast food for two weeks
- 20 days of 10,000 steps
- Unplug from social media for a week
- Give up alcohol for two weeks
- Fill your fridge with the colors of the rainbow (fruits and veggies) and send me a pic :)
- Read before bed instead of using devices
- Brain health: Put together a puzzle, work on crossword puzzles or sudoku 2x's/week, download a brain-training app (e.g. Lumosity, Elevate, Peak) and do the daily brain exercises.
- Learn how to play a solo card game for brain exercise (e.g. Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, FreeCell, Pyramid Solitaire).
