Level Two Activities

  • Try a new class at a local gym
  • NO fast food for two weeks
  • 20 days of 10,000 steps
  • Unplug from social media for a week
  • Give up alcohol for two weeks
  • Fill your fridge with the colors of the rainbow (fruits and veggies) and send me a pic :)
  • Read before bed instead of using devices
  • Brain health: Put together a puzzle, work on crossword puzzles or sudoku 2x's/week, download a brain-training app (e.g. Lumosity, Elevate, Peak) and do the daily brain exercises. 
  • Learn how to play a solo card game for brain exercise (e.g. Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, FreeCell, Pyramid Solitaire).
