Level Three Activities

  • Bring in a healthy snack for the team to enjoy! 
  • Grab a co-worker and take a 15-minute walk 2x in a week
  • Organize a wellness challenge with your team (Sales, Design, Marketing, Operations, Construction, Etc.)
  • Send a thank-you note or kind message to a co-worker
  • Each week, challenge everyone to share a positive affirmation, compliment, or random act of kindness to improve the team’s morale and positivity.
  • No fast food for ONE month
  • Give up alcohol for ONE month
  • No social media for 2 weeks
  • Choose 2 "National Days" from the June flyer to participate in
  • Participate in a game day/night with family/friends!
