Level One Activities

    • Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day for a week
    • Share a healthy recipe to the JH team via email or print and put in mailboxes
    • Take a 15-minute walk 3x in a week during the work week
    • Read a chapter/day of a personal development book 5 days in a week
    • Get at least 7 hours of sleep/night for a week
    • Stand at your desk for at least 30 minutes every day
    • Stretch for 10 minutes daily to improve flexibility 3x in a week
    • Send an uplifting message to a friend/family member
    • Start reading labels on the foods/drinks you consume.  Educate yourself a bit on what you're putting in your body
    • Download the Libby app and link your library card to the app to save some $. All books are free to borrow!  
    • Treat yo self! Do a self-care activity. This will be different for everyone! 😊
