Joyner Homes is looking for a Construction Superintendent to help us build cool homes all over Hancock County!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background of construction experience as well as a positive attitude and willingness to create a Remarkable Experience for our customers.
– Basic knowledge of new home construction
– Self motivated, detail oriented and organized
– Exceptional time management skills
– Ability to work with distractions and still accomplish daily goals
– Ability to work with distractions
– Communication skills, including expressing instructions clearly to subcontractors and handling customer requests
– General computer skills and willingness to learn an internet-based scheduling system
– Proficient in Microsoft Applications
– Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
