Sandy Sipes

Q: What do you do for Joyner Homes?

A: I help people make sticks & bricks into their home – I work to make the floorplans and the finishes we put in them reflect lifestyles and be useful.

Q: Tell us about your family?

A: I am married to Josh and mom to Ethan, a 6th grader at Eastern Hancock. We have an awesome dog, Paco – check out Catahoula Leopards dogs, they Rock!

Q: Do you have any hobbies?

A: I like to dabble in a little of everything – it’s a family joke to talk about what aisle of Hobby Lobby I haven’t tried my hand at!

Q: What is your favorite part of your job?

A: I get to do something new each day – a new person to meet, a new product in the studio…there’s always something to learn! I love helping people achieve a home that is uniquely their style and stays on budget – keeping that balance of cost & cool truly creates a dream home.

Q: Do you have any favorite sayings or cliches?

A: I love all the old ones – I get teased a lot by my friends for using sayings like “if it’d been a snake it would’ve bit me” and words like shenanigans and tomfoolery.

Q: If you had to pick one paint color to describe your personality, what would it be?

A: That’s impossible for me – I love color like my kid loves candy!
