Today I want to introduce you to our Warranty Supervisor, Shaun Mackey. Shaun goes from jobsite to jobsite, making sure all is in order. He is responsible for scheduling, coordination, supervision, and customer service of warranty claims, as well as assisting our Joyner Homes Superintendents.

Warranty Supervisor

If you could switch jobs with someone in Joyner Homes, who would it be? Why?
No one.  I enjoy what I do here and the interaction I get with the customer.

What 3 words would you use to describe Joyner Homes?
Team, Great Home Design, Community minded

What do you do when you’re not at work?
Work on my own home.

What random facts can you share with us?

Grew up as a Missionary Kid in the Philippines. Played professional golf as a young 20 something. Love traveling the world with my wife.

Are you messy or organized?
Yes, both.

What’s your favorite outside activity?
Playing golf and riding my Harley.

If you could change something about today’s youth, what would it be? Alternately, what excites you about today’s young generation?

What would you tell your 13-year old self?
Study harder and don’t always rely on this thing called the internet that will evolve in 25yrs.

How do you define success?
Knowing that I’m satisfied and happy with where I’m at in life.
