Today I want to introduce you to our Construction Manager, Kyle Kibler. Kyle can most often be found smiling in our office downtown, and I’m guessing everyone will love his random fact as much as I do!! 🙂 haha

What do you do at JH?
Construction Manager

If you could switch jobs with someone in Joyner Homes, who would it be? Why?
Shaun:  Like seeing the inside of peoples homes after they have put their personal touch in it.  I see our homes when they close, but rarely after they have been lived in.

What 3 words would you use to describe Joyner Homes?
Positive, Innovative, Teamwork

What do you do when you’re not at work?
I focus on family and there is always something I am improving

What random facts can you share with us?

I was the 2000 Teen/Junior National Powerlifting Champion.

Are you messy or organized?
I would describe my spaces as organized chaos.

What’s your favorite outside activity?
Spending time at the family cottage in Michigan.  So many fun activities, great friends, and family memories are created every year!

If you could change something about today’s youth, what would it be? Alternately, what excites you about today’s young generation?

What would you tell your 13-year old self?
Don’t worry, nobody actually looks back and wishes they were 13 again.

How do you define success?

I am successful when my priorities are aligned.  God, Wife, Kids!
