Today I want to introduce you to our newest employee, Joel Shores!  He is one of our Project Managers, so you’ll see him hopping from job to job making sure all is in order.

Project Manager

If you could switch jobs with someone in Joyner Homes, who would it be? Why?
So far I really enjoy what I do, but if I had to pick I would say Sandy.  Only because I feel like I could design a really cool space and make people jealous.

What 3 words would you use to describe Joyner Homes?
Quality, commitment, community

What do you do when you’re not at work?
I’d like to say you would find me in my garage, but anymore it’s a local ball field helping coach my kids.

What random facts can you share with us?
The Unicorn Is the National Animal of Scotland….google it.

Are you messy or organized?
All of the above

What’s your favorite outside activity?
Drive-In Movie.  We now have a projector and screen outdoors that we can use, but thanks to youth sports it doesn’t get used as often as I would like!

If you could change something about today’s youth, what would it be? Alternately, what excites you about today’s young generation?

What would you tell your 13-year old self?
Slow down and enjoy the now!

How do you define success?
Success is a fancy car, happiness is a great ride.  To me, its all about happiness.
