Today I want to introduce you to our Sales  and Marketing Manager, Becca Steuer. You’ll find Becca in our office downtown, putting out fires or making people laugh. She is a Customer Service Queen, and rocks her job daily.

What do you do at JH?
I manage the marketing, sales, and design teams! We help the customer make their dreams into reality.

If you could switch jobs with someone in Joyner Homes, who would it be? Why?
I would switch with the design team—I love helping people pick out their finishes for their beautiful homes.

What 3 words would you use to describe Joyner Homes?
Cool – Quality – Fun

What do you do when you’re not at work?
I spend a lot of time with my family—carting kids to and from activities, visiting Kings Island, and other fun activities! (I’m also a professional napper. ????)

What random facts can you share with us?
I have no random facts….

Are you messy or organized?

What’s your favorite outside activity?
I love being in water – the lake, the ocean, the pool.

If you could change something about today’s youth, what would it be? Alternately, what excites you about today’s young generation?
I think today’s youth are on track to be the most accepting, aware generation. I love that about them! There’s not much I would change about the young generation. If I had to really search for an answer, I might say for them to tap into their ability to find out answers to questions they have, either by research or asking the right person.

What would you tell your 13-year old self?
Hold on for the ride!

How do you define success?
Success, when it comes to work, is ensuring that the people I work with are thriving. I am also very concerned with the happiness of our customers. Building a home is a tough process with several unforeseen hiccups along the way and I want to be there to help navigate through the twists and turns of it all. Success at home, for me, is a happy and healthy family.
