We recently finalized a stunning [Telluride floor plan](https://joynerhomesonline.com/floorplan/the-telluride) for a family who opted to build in our sought-after neighborhood, [The Overlook](https://joynerhomesonline.com/the-overlook-jh), located in New Palestine. This residence includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The homeowners selected our [JH Black Signature Series](https://joynerhomesonline.com/blog/jh-black-jh-blue) design package, which is known as our "whole home upgrade."

With access to our comprehensive design studio and architectural team, these homeowners enjoyed the flexibility to craft a space that is uniquely theirs. From tailoring their floor plan to selecting finishes that embodied their vision, our dedicated in-house team of specialists collaborated closely with them to ensure every detail was perfect.

Whether you are building on your own land or within one of our [Joyner Homes communities](https://joynerhomesonline.com/where-we-build), we are committed to bringing your dream home to fruition—just as we did for this family!

Are you ready to embark on your own custom home journey? Begin by completing a [CUSTOMER WORKSHEET](https://joynerhomesonline.com/forms/worksheet) or contacting us at (317) 468-2330—we would be delighted to collaborate with you!
