Construction has started on our newest custom home – The Hudson! At 3,149 square feet, this floor plan is 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms and a large Bonus Room. For a Floor Plan and more details – click here!

These four are excited to get started! Official groundbreaking began in mid-April.

First, the digging.

Then, the pouring.

Next up is framing! Bring in the cranes!

The front entry is taking shape!

Let’s move inside. The door on the right heads out to the lanai.

This is in the Hearth Room looking back to the front door.

The stairway will be open to the Great Room.

One of two fireplaces!

Kitchen Island is underway!

Meanwhile, back outside, the framers continue their work on siding and windows.

Here’s the back view of the house. You can see the Lanai in the middle of the home.

And, this is a side view heading into the garages. You can see the bonus room up above too.

One of our favorite parts of any house – the exterior specialty trim and trusses – have arrived!
