BECCA STEUER
Hello friends! I am Becca, the Sales and Marketing Manager here at Joyner Homes. I have always been super interested in new homes, specifically floorplans! I love to see how a plan can come together and try to immerse myself in how the house could be used. I started following Joyner Homes several years ago when I saw a classmate of mine and her family having their picture taken in front of her piece of land with the Joyner Homes sign just behind them. After I researched the company and scrolled through tons and tons of pictures, I was hooked! I was working in the hospitality industry, managing hotels for a company based in Merrillville, IN. While I did love this job, the hours were demanding and it was hard to balance both work and life when being away from home 60+ hours a week. Seemingly out of nowhere, an ad popped up on Joyner Home’s Facebook page saying they were hiring for a new home specialist. I took a leap of faith just over 6 years ago into an industry that has always had my heart and the rest is history! I love being able to work with our customers to help them find the best possible scenario for them, when it comes to a new home. The relationships I have built with our customers have been more than I could have ever dreamed. To say this position was a gift from God would be an understatement. I am now able to have my dream job and spend good quality time with my family! My husband Bob and I have 2 beautiful children: Evan – 10 and Cora – 8 that keep us traveling what seems like hundreds of miles to and from practices, games, and meets. We have the craziest golden doodle on the planet: Wailer and love living in our Joyner Home on the south side of Greenfield. When we aren’t at work or school, you can find us trying to travel south as much as possible! We are pretty big Disney nerds and love to visit Sanibel Island and the Lower Florida Keys. There are times where my husband can convince me to head north to Michigan for a more “outdoorsy” type of vacation, but nothing beats completely relaxing near the ocean.
