We are officially under construction at our newest low-maintenance community! So much is happening and we’re excited to share an update with you!

Here are the basic details…

Who?

Summerset is a Joyner Homes exclusive low-maintenance community! We are the only builder and have designed all new floor plans ranging from around 1300 square feet to over 2000 square feet of Efficient Design!

What?

The homes in Summerset will be Character Rich Patio Homes and fully customizable! Pick out cabinets and flooring and all the good stuff to make your home your own.

Best of all? All homes in this Low-Maintenance community have lawn mowing and snow removal included as part of the homeowner’s association. No more mowers!

Where?

Greenfield, Indiana. More specifically, on the east side of town, just south of McKenzie on Blue Road. How about a map?

When?

Now! We have started quite a few homes already including a fully furnished model.  We had 20 reservations made at our Early Release Event and 10 of our homes (as of 4/8/2016) are already reserved. There are only 43 home sites total and it appears as if they will go fast!
