We have options! We realize that sometimes it’s difficult to find the perfect spot to build your home. While we can build on your own piece of land, we have several very nice neighborhoods where we can build!

[**Click HERE**](http://stoneridgedev.com/why-stone-ridge/) to learn more about Stone Ridge!

We also have **TWO** **AVAILABLE LOTS** in [**Greyhawk Woods**](http://greyhawkwoods.com/) in Greenfield (New Pal Schools.)

If you’re in the **Center Grove** **area**, we can build in [**Calvert Farms**](http://builderresourcegroup.com/calvert-farms/) …. This convenient location is close to city amenities, award-winning schools, restaurants and shopping!

Things are moving along in **Rushville** ….. Take a look at our availability maps below for some of our current neighborhoods!

Contact [**LISA**](https://lisacole.joynerhomesonline.com/) or [**MIKE**](https://mike.joynerhomesonline.com/) if you have any questions at all about how all of this works, or fill out a **[CUSTOMER WORKSHEET](https://joynerhomesonline.com/forms/worksheet/)** to get started now!!
