What a beautiful house – a perfect mix of farmhouse and rustic features! I think my personal favorite is the kitchen with a some custom pieces that really made it pop!
Let’s start in the kitchen as always…
We’ll start with a few close ups.
And, then a better look at the overall kitchen.
Panning out, you can see the entrance to the Hearth Room as well as the Dining Nook.
And, a close up of the peninsula fireplace.
The Hearth Room is just separated enough to create a unique space – with tons of light from the patio doors.
And then, moving into a wider view from the Great Room.
Isn’t this an amazing 1st impression from the front door?!

Moving into the Master Suite… A double vanity separated by the linen closet creates two separate spaces.
And, a beautiful, custom tile shower. This is actually tile that looks like Carrera Marble. Marble wouldn’t hold up as well in a shower but this is a great substitute!
Let’s go upstairs! Here is a look at the balcony and loft area.
And, down over the balcony…
I love what they did with each of the kids’ areas to make them a little unique. This bathroom will be used by the boy in the family. Loving the slate grey cabinets with the coordinating tile floor!
Adding a chandelier is a quick and easy way to turn a normal bedroom into a dream room for any girl!
And, then the other bathroom upstairs – a little more neutral.
Back downstairs for a few final features… I love the transom over the entry to the dining room/office!
And, the hall bath…
A perfectly sized cubby for the mudroom!
Finally, the laundry room and a super cool vintage laundry sink!
Outside, this home is just stunning! Just love the dark, rich paint color accented with crisp, white trim!
A close up of the side-load garage…
And, even though the landscaping wasn’t finished at the time of this picture, this view allows us to pretend! 🙂
A big and sincere thank you to this crew for letting us build your beautiful home! It was a true pleasure!
