Q. Tell us a little about your family
A. My partner and I have one kid and two dogs who all keep life interesting and fun!
A. I love to visit local coffee spots and local art or antique shops. I also love Turkey Run State Park - it is such a great place for hiking and kayaking.
Q. Favorite travel memory?A. All of them! I sincerely love to travel and it is one of my biggest passions, so every place I go has its own special memory connected to it. My first trip to Europe was with my mom, and it was so fun and memorable to share that with her. I also loved a family-owned wine tour we did on our honeymoon in Italy. The guide led us through the tour that ended at their farm, where a small group of us had a true family-style meal in their home. It was a great day of local immersion and connection with other travelers from all over the world.
Q. Favorite memory at Joyner Homes?A. Any time current or past employees have gotten together to celebrate, be goofy, pull pranks, or share some laughs has been a blast—including making social media videos, touring homes, and, one time, moving a coworker’s running work vehicle to make it look stolen and accidentally framing someone else! Oops ;)
Q. What is your biggest accomplishment? (personal or work)A. Just making it through life’s ups and downs with a sense of humor still intact. I’m genuinely just happy to be here, doing my best and enjoying the ride, even when the coffee runs out.
Q. What is one thing you can't live without?A. Iced coffee.
Q. What artist plays most on your Spotify/apple music?A. It varies greatly but my home base is somewhere on the rock spectrum - Indie, Psychedelic, Alternative, Folk, Emo - you name it. Lately, I’ve been hyper-fixating on an old My Chemical Romance album, the Wicked and Rent Broadway soundtracks, and the song “Me and the Devil” by Soap&Skin.
