Meet our Design and Architecture Team, Meet Emily!

🎉 HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🎉

I thought I would start the new year with a photo of the team that makes much of the magic happen here at JH — our Design + Architecture Team! I’m going to be posting some more info about each team member so you can get to know a little more about them. Let’s start with Emily, our Architecture and Design Manager!

EMILY REID

I am Emily and I am part of the Design/Architecture team at Joyner Homes! I have lived in Indiana my whole life, barring a short-term stint in Minnesota that still holds a place in my heart for all the lake time and outdoor fun. Outside of the obvious design interests I hold, I love traveling, being outdoors, and exploring new cities and cultures. I have a (completely useless) minor in French and have been to over 20 different countries! I have a tendency to speak in Office quotes (a more useful language) and love to joke around and be sarcastic to show affection. This is all much to the enjoyment of my partner, and personal barista, who keeps me caffeinated and helps me live out my constant need for renovations and projects. Ultimately, I love nothing more than spending time at home with him, my family/friends, and our two dogs.
