We're excited to highlight one of our recently completed homes, featuring the versatile and charming [**Nantucket floor plan**](https://joynerhomesonline.com/floorplan/the-nantucket) in our [**Overlook neighborhood**](https://joynerhomesonline.com/the-overlook-jh) in **New Palestine, Indiana**. This 2,301-square-foot home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious open-concept layout, and a thoughtfully designed flex space—perfect for a home office or guest room. The homeowners chose to stay within our [**JH Blue Select Series**](https://joynerhomesonline.com/blog/jh-black-jh-blue)  design package, making smart, stylish selections that kept them on budget while still creating a home full of character. The heart of the home—the kitchen—shines with a quartz backsplash featuring a specially cut scallop design, a stunning maple island complete with crown molding, and classic spindle legs that add timeless character and warmth.

This custom build is a beautiful example of how even within our included features, homeowners can craft a space that feels entirely their own. There are currently only **two lots remaining** in The Overlook, now is the perfect time to explore building your own Joyner Home in this well-loved neighborhood.

Ready to start your journey? Visit one of our [**model homes**](https://joynerhomesonline.com/blog/model-homes), fill out a [**Customer Worksheet**](https://joynerhomesonline.com/forms/worksheet), or **give us a call at (317) 468-2330**—we’d love to help you bring your vision to life!
