It is a chance to meet one or more of our construction team members at your homesite, go over important information before construction begins, and get a better idea of what to expect as your home takes shape.
And, of course, it would not be a Joyner Homes groundbreaking without a shovel, a photo, and a little something to remember the day by!
The timing of your groundbreaking depends on several factors. It will happen sometime during the pre-construction process. Once we get the sign up and we're moving on a few other things, we'll be in touch to get something scheduled.
Since this groundbreaking is a just a ceremonial one, it will not determine your home's construction start date. Construction time depends on factors like financing, permits, and when the foundation is scheduled to go up.
We're excited with you, so we will work to get this scheduled as soon as we can!
While this is technically a meeting with important information to cover, your groundbreaking is also about taking a moment to celebrate!
You will have the opportunity to stand on your homesite with a shovel in hand and officially mark the beginning of your new home. We will capture the moment with a photo and send you home with a little Joyner Homes merchandise to remember the day.
